The Arctic MX-6 (4g) Ultimate Performance thermal paste (4g) is a gray, non-electrically conductive paste with a density of 2.60 g/cm3, a viscosity of 45,000 Pois and a continuous use temperature range of -50 to 150 °C.

It has a volume resistivity of 1.8×1012 Ω-cm and a breakdown voltage of 7.5 kV/mm.
