Description: The SYY 12.8 W/mK (80x40x0.5mm) silicone thermal pad features a high thermal conductivity of 12.8 W/mK, hardness of 35–50 Shore 00, and operates in a temperature range from −50°C to 200°C. It has a low thermal resistance (<0.15 cm²K/W), is non-conductive, corrosion-resistant, and provides high voltage insulation. The pad is also anti-static and flame retardant.
